Saboarte Portugal Return and Exchange Policy

In Saboarte Portugal, we ant you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, by any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have bough, we are here to help you.

This Exchange Policy was based on the current legislation and may be changed without prior notice.

1. Returns

Return Period: You have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.

Returns of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products showing signs of having been used, will not be accepted.

Returns of products with an expiration date of less than one month will also not be accepted.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please send us an email to saboarteportugal@gmail.com with the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. You must also indicate the customer's name, telephone number, order date, order receipt date, number of products and/or services purchased. Once we have received the request, we will answer as soon as possible with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Documentation: In order for the return process to be completed, you will need to include the purchase invoice and proof of payment.

Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Exchange

Exchange Conditions: We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for an identical product, send us an email to saboarteportugal@gmail.com and send the product to the address we will provide.

3. Exceptions and Special Conditions

Customized Products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products, except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced products may be returned; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
